2. Historical Backtest & Simulation Limitations

The Strategy Scanner simulates past price movements across 3 years of historical hourly candles. Past performance, historical win rates, and simulated compound returns (ROI) do NOT guarantee future results. Live market conditions involve slippage, liquidity variations, exchange fees, and macroeconomic risks not fully modeled in backtests.

3. Capital Loss Warning

Indikon retrieves market candles from third-party data providers (including Binance and Twelve Data). While we strive for data accuracy and high availability, the developer is not liable for market data delays, third-party outages, or network interruptions.
