1. License Grant and Scope of Use

By accessing, installing, or using Indikon, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for individual analysis purposes. You agree not to decompile, reverse-engineer, mirror, scrape, or commercially exploit any algorithm, source code, or server endpoints of the application.

2. Client-Side Distributed Strategy Scanning

The Indikon Strategy Scanner performs computational backtests on your device using local Web Workers. While computationally efficient, you acknowledge that intensive scanning may consume battery power and processing cycles. The integrated Checkpoint system automatically pauses execution if the application is minimized or battery reaches threshold limits.

3. Subscriptions & Billing Terms

Store Billing: Subscriptions for Gold VIP and Strategy Scanner features are billed directly via Apple App Store (StoreKit) or Google Play Billing.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your Apple ID or Google Play settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds: All refund and cancellation requests are governed exclusively by the respective store policies (Apple App Store / Google Play).

4. Age Requirements & Disclaimers

Indikon is designed strictly for adults aged 18 and older who are legally capable of assuming financial responsibility under applicable local laws.
